El viernes 16 de febrero con el alumnado de 3º de ESO de Matemáticas Académicas hemos realizado una visita al Jardín Botánico. Hemos tenido la oportunidad de disfrutar de la exposición «Geometría Natural», que el grupo Enfoque Geométrico nos ha explicado con toda la dedicación y pasión. Este grupo interdisiciplinar con profesorado de biología, fotografía y matemáticas ha realizado un excelente trabajo donde mostrar cómo las matemáticas nos rodean, y en particular en la naturaleza se presenta con elementos variados (espirales, polígonos, arcos, ángulos, semejanzas, homotecias, fractales…).
El alumnado, guiado por sus componentes visitó la exposición y posteriormente se lanzó a fotografiar la geometría que estaba en el entorno. La actividad ha sido un éxito. Creemos que el alumnado ha disfrutado y aprendido y ya daremos cuenta de sus «obras de arte matemático».
Gracias a todo el equipo de Enfoque Geométrico por trasladarnos sus conocimientos e ilusión y felicitamos al alumnado por su buena actitud ante esta actividad.
La exposición puede verse en el botánico hasta el Pi-day (14 de Marzo), merece la pena!!!!
