El miércoles 6 de noviembre un grupo de alumnos de Tecnología Industrial I de 1º de bachillerato, asistió con sus profesores a los laboratorios de ensayos de materiales de la UCO; allí pudieron ver varios ensayos destructivos como el de tracción con distintos materiales como el aluminio y el cobre, analizando los resultados obtenidos. También realizaron un ensayo de resiliencia mediante el péndulo Charpy sobre una probeta de aluminio.
Para finalizar, se desplazaron al laboratorio de microscopia para observar la micro-estructura de diversos materiales.
