El pasado martes día 27 de marzo los alumnos de 1º de ESO participaron en una de las Jornadas de reforestación que realizaremos esta primavera. Hasta el momento sólo hemos plantado un seto de lentisco en el patio de los chicos pero en próximas jornadas sembraremos más plantones en diferentes rincones de nuestro centro y de nuestro barrio. Aún nos quedan por plantar, árboles como acebuches, pinos y algarrobos, y arbustos como el mirto, el labiérnago y el aladierno (todas ellas especies autóctonas del bosque mediterráneo). Tantas ganas pusieron algunos en la empresa que acabaron con ampollas en sus manos. Eso sí, con o sin ampollas, todos los alumnos que colaboraron en la reforestación recibieron el carnet del defensor del bosque, en el que se comprometen a regar, vigilar y proteger nuestros bosques.
Muchas gracias a todos los profes que permitieron que sus alumnos cambiaran por un rato, sus herramientas habituales de trabajo, el cuaderno y el bolígrafo, por otras más inusuales, el pico y la azada.
