El pasado jueves 1 de marzo los alumnos de 3º ESO de Robótica y 4º ESO de Tecnología, acompañados por sus profesores Salvador Romero y José Miguel López, visitaron el Laboratorio Agroalimentario de Córdoba con objeto de preparar su participación en el torneo FIRST LEGO League Córdoba.
En el Laboratorio Agroalimentario se realizan análisis oficiales de control de calidad de diversos alimentos, entre ellos la leche. Los alumnos pudieron ver y experimentar algunas técnicas de ensayo como la determinación de lactosa, grasa, cenizas, análisis cromatográfico, microbiológico, de ADN… Fue una visita muy interesante que, además, nos ha resultado muy útil para completar nuestros proyectos científicos sobre la calidad de la leche dentro del desafío FLL Food Factor.
