El acto de entrega del premio se ha celebrado el miércoles 16 de junio en el salón de actos del IES Averroes y ha contado con la presencia de la Delegada de Eduación, Antonia Reyes, y del Delegado de Medio Ambiente, Luis Rey, así como de Álvaro García, representante de Ecovidrio. Todos ellos han valorado positivamente esta iniciativa y han felicitado a los ganadores: Raúl Díaz, Rafael Cabello, Rafael Carmona, Ángel González, David Vargas, Ana Tirado, Carmen Casero y Paloma Ortega, y de forma muy especial a su profesora Mª José Higuera.
