La XVIII edición de la merienda intercultural acogió a miembros de toda la comunidad educativa del IES y pudimos pasar una jornada maravillosa de convivencia, charla, degustación de ricos manjares y también momentos de arte, reflexión y orgullo.
El estreno de la obra realizada por el alumnado de la optativa de teatro, fue sin duda la estrella de la tarde. Basada en la vida de Averroes y dirigida por nuestra compañera Marina Vílchez; una maravillosa sorpresa.
Tampoco podemos olvidar la sensibilidad y la empatía que se respiró en el salón de actos con los testimonios de las “bibliotecas humanas” donde alumnado de diferentes cursos y de diferentes países de origen, pudieron explicar y analizar cómo se sintieron al llegar a España y lo vital que es la acogida y el cariño con que se les reciba.
Y para última reseña, la gran novedad de esta edición fue tener con nosotros en directo a Paradigma Radio, oportunidad única de trasladar más allá de este edificio, los valores de inclusión, respeto, convivencia y tolerancia que son el motor de este Merienda Intercultural.
