El martes, 29 de abril, los alumnos de 3º ESO participaron en la iniciación de este deporte colectivo, como actividad complementaria a su formación deportiva en el área de Educación Física. Fue desarrollada en las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales del Fontanar, donde los alumnos disponen de un equipamiento adecuado para el desarrollo de este deporte con total garantía. Dicho alumnado fue acompañado por Fernando Martínez y Maite Baena. Asistieron a la misma un total de 70 alumnos y se hicieron tres grupos de trabajo, donde se iniciaron en los desplazamientos, pases, placajes y demás elementos del juego colectivo, tanto en ataque como en defensa.
